2021 Yonsei University Pre-Startup Simulation Program (Advanced)

To strengthen students' advanced entrepreneurial skills, validate their startup ideas and give them experience across a range of startup simulations, we expanded the existing simulation program to an advanced level.

Hands-on Startup Program

① Startup simulation: idea validation, market research, business registration, etc.

② Management simulation: securing intellectual property, overall corporate operations, etc.

③ PR & marketing simulation: securing intellectual property, PR and marketing activities, etc.

④ MVP (minimum viable product) simulation: logo, promotional channels, app development, prototyping, etc.

⑤ Investment simulation: writing and presenting a commercialization plan, drafting an investment plan, etc.

Mock Crowdfunding

• Understanding crowdfunding methods and case studies
• Running a mock crowdfunding round with startup experts and participants
