OUR SOLUTION

Judging done on sitewith PitchDay

No spreadsheet consolidation, no manual calculations. Judges score on tablets, results are tallied in real time, and the awards ceremony begins right after the last pitch. It is a solution we built ourselves and run ourselves.

On-site scoring by judges

Built for laptops and tablets, with mobile support. Judges log in with a judge code and PIN, and access locks as soon as the session ends.

Real-time tallying

Rankings update the moment scores come in, eliminating the wait before awards.

Audience voting

Participants and attendees vote on their own phones. Votes are tallied separately from judges' scores.

Pitch control & timer

In live mode, the pitch order and timer are controlled from the server.

Used at 28 competitions and demo days. Organizations can also adopt it for judging operations only.
