raising awareness of entrepreneurship and sparking participants' interest in launching a venture.

• Deriving ideas through Schumpeter's concepts of entrepreneurship and creative destruction

Building a brand image

• The basic building blocks and differentiation of an attractive startup
• Lecture on key considerations for naming and logo design, and on trademark registration
• Naming and logo design methods, with hands-on practice using the Schumpeter program

Customer validation and business model design

• Lecture on building a corporate image for a specific target audience
• Visualizing corporate brands through analysis and creating quadrant positioning maps
• Exploring and using helpful resources for market entry, such as KIPRIS and Markinfo

MVP and Lean Startup

• Lecture on Lean Startup and MVP theory, with hands-on practice
• Incorporating target customer feedback into ideas and highlighting it effectively

IR pitch presentations

• Preparing for the hackathon startup idea competition
• Mentoring on building pitch decks and presentation skills for effective IR pitches

Refining MVP outputs

• Feedback, revisions and improvements on the MVPs teams planned and built
• Developing effective promotion and marketing strategies based on workshop materials

Refining pitch decks and reviewing the story

• Preparing for the hackathon startup idea competition
