Inter-Korean Youth Startup Idea Open Lab for Peace and Unification

This program provided 10 teams selected through the Open Lab with training, consulting and prototype development support to refine startup ideas that can contribute to peace and unification on the Korean Peninsula

and to restoring a shared national identity.

Idea Contest and Open Lab - Ran two rounds of idea contests, followed by document screening

• Conducted judging for the Open Lab (public audition)

Orientation and Workshops - Ran a team-building workshop for the 10 teams selected for the final startup training

• Held a program orientation
• Delivered two lectures on founders' startup experiences and team-building activities

Startup Training and Consulting

• One session of foundational startup training (branding, segmentation, business model strategy, marketing strategy, etc.)
• Four expert consulting sessions

Startup Networking Program

• Visit to Seoul Startup Hub Changdong (briefing on the move-in process and resident startups)

Prototype Development Funding

• Prototype development funding for teams to use where needed to commercialize their ideas

Showcase

• Presentation and sharing of startup incubation outcomes
• Prototype development and exhibition
