• Analyze personal strengths through a self-report assessment
• Identify strengths in context by selecting an organization or point of comparison to analyze
• Combine and analyze strengths and advantages, then present strategies for leveraging strengths based on talent type

EDUTY Program

• Use EDUTY cards and worksheets to flesh out ideas and draw up a roadmap
• Choose keyword areas of interest or aspiration that match one's career type
• Redesign the plan by choosing a different career direction
