this program jointly identifies and develops aspiring and early-stage founders with high potential for success.

Core training: a startup program combining lectures, hands-on practice and mentoring

• Idea generation using the "four operations" method, brand naming and slogan creation
• Building a revenue model, promotion and marketing, writing a business plan, and more
• Creating pitch materials from the data produced during the program

Dedicated mentoring

• Two dedicated mentoring sessions per team
• Field-specific strategy design and business plan refinement

Advanced training

• Advanced sessions and guest lectures on business feasibility review, business model refinement and business expansion
• Advanced curriculum covering IR refinement and know-how from successful founders

Commercialization packages

• A range of commercialization packages and support for aspiring and early-stage founders
• Training and hands-on practice in MVP planning and commercialization package design

In-depth consulting

• Up to four in-depth consulting sessions per team
• Consulting on the business environment, global expansion strategy, commercialization and marketing, investment and strategy, and design

Mock crowdfunding

• Mock funding campaign using each team's product detail page, with around 100 startup experts and members of the public
• Each team's funding amount and number of backers factored into Demo Day judging

Demo Day

• Investment matching of at least KRW 10 million for top-performing teams only
