Item / Details — Program: Creators of the Future! Design Your Own Job · Participants: 1st-year middle school students · Duration: 4 sessions in total · Staff: 12 specialist job-creation instructors · Key Objectives - Understand how the world of work is changing alongside technological innovation, and recognize why job creation matters - Use generative AI to develop new jobs based on technologies of personal interest - Design new jobs by practicing the three principles of job creation (discovery, specialization, convergence) - Build career confidence through presentations and feedback · Deliverables & Awards - Create 'Future Job Cards' and presentation materials using generative AI - Select outstanding job creation ideas
