Guided hands-on, step-by-step practice from problem analysis to solution direction, using the STEPPER problem-definition process and AI tools

Teams presented their project results, refining their ideas for solving community problems and gaining real-world presentation experience

Analyzed community problems and developed solutions using AI tools (Google AI Studio, LLMs, Figma, etc.)

Managed the full project cycle: problem definition, root-cause analysis, solution exploration and final presentation

Strengthened ideas and their feasibility through mentor feedback for each team
