About the event

Developed a Startup Simulation entrepreneurship education program for university students in Bangladesh.
Updated an existing curriculum to fit the local context, resulting in a 12-session, worksheet-based curriculum.
Given time and budget constraints, online platform development was deferred to the next phase; this phase focused on worksheets and data sheets that could be used immediately in local classrooms.
Sessions covered Bangladesh market research, team building and ideation, customer validation, cost planning, persona development, interview design and analysis, MVP design, revenue models and pricing strategy, and customer acquisition channels and sales messaging.
Incorporated feedback from several review meetings with the local team and refined the materials accordingly.
Ran a full beta test using the completed worksheets and data sheets for Sessions 1–12.
Participants responded positively, saying the simulation helped clarify founders' decision-making and that its language and structure were easy to follow and engaging.
Suggested improvements included a guided tour UX, a pre-session orientation, clearer explanations and examples for each input field, and more specific justification for cost and financial data.
Completed the materials development by finalizing the PPT lecture slides and teaching notes based on beta test feedback.
For future online platform development, a Guided Tour, input help, and integration with the full set of training modules will be considered.
