Gireum Middle School New Job Creation Program
A career camp in which 10 second-year classes at Gireum Middle School designed new jobs of their own.
OVERVIEW
How we ran it
We ran a New Job Creation career camp for 10 second-year classes at Gireum Middle School.
Developed in-house by MAINCONTENTS Co., Ltd., the program used startup and entrepreneurship education to develop creative, interdisciplinary talent.
Program Structure
- Period 1: Understanding how jobs and technology are changing (using generative AI), plus a job exploration board game
- Period 2: Hands-on job creation by combining job roles, using job creation cards
- Period 3: Writing a new job profile and designing a personal career roadmap
Each class's homeroom teacher took part as an instructor and led the sessions.
Results
Students envisioned their own future jobs by creating new job cards and writing new job profiles.
The best ideas were selected in each class.
The post-program survey showed an overall satisfaction score of 4.4 out of 5.
The program was also rated highly for instructor satisfaction, course satisfaction and willingness to recommend.

- 창직의 3원리 학습, 창직카드 활용 미래직업 창조 실습, 지역 특성을 반영한 창직 아이디어 도출
- 10:50 – 12:003교시: 신직업소개서 및 진로 로드맵 설계
- 최종 선택한 직업 구체화, 직업 슬로건 작성, 로드맵 완성
