"Learning about my strengths and talent type, and about new jobs, really helped me think about my career path, and I think I'll use it to decide on my future. The instructor made the classes fun and easy to understand, so I truly enjoyed the two days of classes and felt really happy."
"I came to understand what I want to do and became interested in new jobs. It was memorable because it gave me the chance to look into fields I had never been interested in before, and I want to keep trying different activities to find my dream."
Program Content
Students look at how jobs have changed from the past to the present and into the future, and learn that jobs do not simply disappear but evolve and expand. They then apply the three principles of job creation — discovery, specialization and convergence — to come up with new job ideas, and use generative AI to define the need for and role of each new job.
