"I found out which technologies and jobs I like, and I learned about new jobs and technologies. I learned new things and new words, and I found out what my strengths are and what I like."
"I didn't have a career path before, but after this really useful class I came to understand my strengths and interests. It was a very interesting class that made me think about my future and my career, and I think it would be very helpful for students in the next grade to take this great class too."
Program Content
Students look at how jobs have changed from the past to the present and into the future, and come to understand that jobs do not simply disappear but evolve and expand. They then apply the three principles of job creation (discovery, specialization and convergence) to generate new job ideas, and use generative AI to define why each new job is needed and what it does.
