A career education program for high school students that helps them understand how jobs and emerging technologies are changing, then design their own new job using generative AI and job creation cards.

Program Content

Students look at how jobs have changed from the past to the present and into the future, learning that jobs do not simply disappear but evolve and expand. They then apply the three principles of job creation — discovery, specialization and convergence — to generate new job ideas, and use generative AI to define the need for and role of each new job.
